Refund & Cancellation Policy – Arohi Foods

1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable if:

• The product received is damaged

• Wrong item received

• Product is defective

Evidence (photos/videos) must be shared within 24–48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Opened/used products

• Customer dissatisfaction without valid reason

• Delayed delivery caused by courier partners

• Incorrect address provided by customer

4. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.

5. Replacement
Where applicable, replacements will be sent at no extra cost.
